Brain Bolt 5K

The Brain Injury Foundation of St. Louis (BIFSTL) is a provider of employment services for people who have sustained a brain injury.  BIFSTL is a proud provider to our Wounded Warriors and offers brain injury psychotherapy to individuals and their families.  Join us for Brain Bolt 2026, benefiting the Dura Mater Clubhouse. This family-friendly event will take place on April 12th at Creve Coeur Lake Park and is open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to have fun and support a great cause, this event is for you! All proceeds from the Brain Bolt 5k will directly benefit the Dura Mater Clubhouse, helping to provide a nurturing and welcoming space for our members to thrive. The Clubhouse's mission is to continue to progress toward independence, achieve personal growth, hone skills for work readiness and actively participate in their community.
