Boys & Girls Clubs of Shelby County 3k Color Fun Run/Walk

Join us for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Shelby County’s very first Color Run! We are excited to bring our community together for a fun and active day at our inaugural 3K Fun Run/Walk. Registration will take place at the Boys & Girls Club of Shelbyville, and the race will start and finish at the entrance to the Boys & Girls Club parking lot. Every participant will receive one color packet with registration. Participants who registered by August 28th will also receive an event t-shirt. Along the route, participants will enjoy color and water stations to keep the fun going from start to finish. This event is all about having fun and bringing the community together. There will be no timers, awards, or official race results. Whether you choose to run, walk, or just enjoy the atmosphere, everyone is welcome! Adults and youth are encouraged to participate. The course is approximately 3K, or 1.8 miles. Please note that the color powder used during the event is dissolvable and designed to wash away. However, we still recommend wearing shoes and clothing that you are comfortable getting messy or possibly stained. Come out, get colorful, and help us make our first-ever Color Run a day to remember! Parking & Arrival Miller Street will be closed during the event. Please use Colescott Street to Miller Street to access the Boys & Girls Club parking lot. Parking will be available in the Club parking lot.. Registration Fees: Ages 0–5: Free to participate (does not include an event t-shirt) Ages 5–12: $20 Ages 13+: $40 We can't wait to see everyone on September 12th!
