Boo Run 5k & 10k

Imagine Halloween Morning… Families, runners, and walkers dressed in creative costumes, colorful decorations, music, laughter, and hundreds of people enjoying one of Porterville’s most beautiful outdoor spaces. Join us on Saturday, October 31, 2026, for the Tule River Parkway Boo Run 5K & 10K! Whether you are a seasoned runner chasing a personal best, a casual walker, or a family looking for a fun Halloween activity, there is something for everyone. Both races start and finish at Fallen Heroes Park in Porterville. The courses travel along the Tule River Parkway, a paved pedestrian and bicycle trail that follows the Tule River. The 5K features a shorter out-and-back course, while the 10K continues farther along the Parkway before returning to the park. Costumes Encouraged Come dressed as something spooky, silly, heroic, or completely original. Costumes are encouraged but not required.
