TCF is a leader in rare cancer advocacy, working to advance the development of more effective and personalized treatments for people with rare cancers. Proceeds from the Ball to End Cancer Fundraiser 2026 will be donated to TargetCancer Foundation and their Boston Marathon fundraiser. You can choose to support a specific runner when you register.
