Heat things up with the B*REAL Winter Warrior Challenge!
Forget about short days, cold temps and paused growth. This challenge will help you stay consistent through the winter months and be stronger for spring!
Choose the Saturday Sweat Season Pass to workout together with other warriors on Zoom! On Saturdays Coach Adina leads an indoor bike ride. You can show up for ANY indoor workout: treadmill, rower, weights, stretching, trampoline…come for the camaraderie and fun conversation while you log your minutes.
How it works:
1. Log all the HOURS you exercise.By logging HOURS we are evening the playing field and rewarding your EFFORT!Everything counts - swim, bike, walk, run, row, lift, yoga, pilates, ski, hike, dance...pretty much any exercise that YOU choose!
