ATSU Founders Day Race

ATSU Founders Day Connect with fellow runners/walkers while celebrating the foundation of A.T. Still University! The race is a fun and energizing event designed to support both your health and the Kirksville Preferred Merchants (KPM) Scholarship. This scholarship provides financial assistance to students who are residents of Northeast Missouri and demonstrate strong academic performance, leadership, and potential in their health care careers. Whether you run, jog, or walk, this event is about embracing movement, reducing stress, and building a healthier lifestyle—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Event Details: Date: October 17th Time: 9:00 AM Location: Meeting and ending at the Thompson Campus Center, 210 S. Osteopathy St. Kirksville MO. Regular physical activity is essential for long-term wellness, and this event is the perfect opportunity to get active in a supportive and uplifting environment. Feel the benefits of movement, fresh air, and connection with others as you take on this race at your own pace. Perks for Participants: All in-person participants receive a race T-shirt, enjoy nutritious post-race refreshments, and are entered for exciting door prizes! Top 3 5K runners will receive a medal based on their gender and age divisions. 5K first overall man and woman will receive a plaque, 2K first overall participant will receive a plaque as well. After the race, unwind with a rejuvenating soft tissue massage provided by the SAAO Stretch Clinic, helping to promote muscle recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being.
