AST Holiday Party with Sensory Sensitive Santa - El Paso

Feeling festive? Join us Saturday, November 14th from 1-5PM for a one-of-a-kind sensory-friendly holiday party designed for family members of all ages for games, treats, resources, and a photo with Santa! To attend the event, please complete the RSVP form. As part of your registration, you will have the option to select a timed Sensory Sensitive Santa Photo Session (optional). General Event Entry – Free for all attendees, RSVP required Photo Session – To reserve a Santa photo slot, AST requests a $5 nonrefundable donation. Accessibility Commitment The Autism Society of Texas is committed to ensuring that all members of our community are able to participate in programming. If the $5 contribution presents a hardship for your family, please contact Maria at Maria@texasautismsociety.org Sensory Sensitive Santa Photos Additional Info Please plan to arrive at the event 5 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Volunteers will be at the event check-in table to direct you to the Santa photo area. A photographer will be there taking photos and you're also welcome to take photos with your own camera or smart phone! If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but AST cannot guarantee photo sessions for participants who arrive after their designated photo time.
