ASDAsh 5K to Beat Tooth Decay

Join us for the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine's 6th Annual ASDAsh 5K to Beat Tooth Decay! We are excited to share that our 5K course has been revamped this year to offer a fresh new route through campus. This year, we will be starting and ending at the LIBRARY COMMONS! Additionally, we're introducing the Meatball Mile, featured as mile 2 of the course. This section will be a designated Strava Segment, and there will be a prize for the participant who claims the title of KOM (King/Queen of the Mountain)! [Unsure what a Strava segment is?
