Armed Forces Day 5k Charity Ruck

The Regeneration Foundation and Ethos Human Performance, in partnership with Plymouth Township Veterans Commission, will be hosting a 5k Ruck honoring our armed forces and first responders.  This will take place in Plymouth on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 8:00am. This walk will start at the Plymouth Township VFW, stop halfway at the Wayne County First Responders Memorial on Hines Dr and back to the VFW for celebration and fellowship.  The 5K Ruck Walk brings our community together to move with purpose. Inspired by military ruck marches, participants will walk a 5K route carrying a backpack or weighted ruck as a way to honor the sacrifices of our veterans and service members. All are welcome including: veterans, families, athletes, and supporters. Carry some weight if you’d like, or simply walk and be part of the mission.
