No Tricks or Treats, Just Quick Feet: The Syracuse Track Club Presents the Spookiest Run in Town! 🎃 Lace up your running shriek-ers 👟👻—the Syracuse Track Club is back to raise your spirits with our Annual Halloween Run! Haunt the trail around Green and Round Lake at Green Lakes State Park for a ghost of a good time 🕸️🌲. Run for your life dressed in your best costumes. Wildly encouraged for both runners and volunteers. Fangs out 🧛, because we’re crowning our overall top finishers and awarding prizes for the best costumes! 🏆🎃 Schedule of Events: -9:00 AM – Kids Fun Run: A short ¼ to ½-mile dash where little monsters 👾 gather ghoul-icious goodie bags at the finish line! 🛍️🍬 -9:15 AM (Post-Kids Run) – Trunk-or-Treat: Ghouls just wanna have fun! 🎈 Stick around the parking lot for a safe, organized trick-or-treating hosted by our spooktacular racing community 🚗🍬 (included with kids' entry). Want to decorate a trunk and hand out candy? Sign up on our volunteer page—it’s a grave opportunity! 💀 ***NEW THIS YEAR*** -10:00 AM – 5K Trail Run: Step onto the path of terror! 🧙‍♀️ Friendly volunteers will be posted to ensure you stay on the right trail and don't end up lost in the woods forever 🌲👀.
