6th Annual Fist Bump 5K

The 6th Annual Fist Bump 5K benefits Family Shelter Services, which provides temporary emergency shelter and transitional housing for those in need. Join us for this fun morning event and support the organization's mission working toward breaking the cycle of homelessness and transforming lives.  Prizes awarded for top finisher in each age group. Walkers, strollers and leashed pets are welcomed! The race will be held in Vint Hill, VA on Fauquier County Park & Rec's Brookside Community Trail.The starting point of the race will be at 4353 Hunsberger Drive, Warrenton, VA. For over 40 years, Family Shelter Services (FSS) has provided temporary emergency shelter and transitional housing support services to homeless individuals and families throughout the greater Piedmont region. Every day we are committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness, FSS depends on the generosity of individuals, community groups and local businesses to maintain and improve upon the services provided.
