Join us for the 23rd Annual Frostbite 5K/10K ❄️, benefiting the Sumner County Family YMCA, on Saturday, December 19 at the Sumner County Family YMCA. Join us for a certified, chip-timed 5K or 10K, or take part in our Family 1 Mile Run/Walk. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome, and the course is stroller- and pet-friendly. With approximately 500 participants each year, Frostbite is a favorite winter tradition supporting the YMCA’s mission to strengthen community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility Race Start Times: Family 1 Mile Run/Walk: 8:30 AM10K: 8:45 AM5K: 9:00 AM Packet Pickup Early packet pickup: December 18, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM at the Sumner County Family YMCA.Race morning packet pickup: December 19, starting at 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM at the Sumner County Family YMCA Swag & Awards All participants receive a race t-shirt and finisher medal. Awards include: Top 3 Overall (Male & Female)Top Overall Masters (40+)Top Overall Grand Masters (50+)Top Overall Senior Grand Masters (60+) Registration Policy All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
