2026 Salt Seep Run 4th Annual

The 5K & 10K events are open to everyone with no minimum age. CASH PRIZE: Overall Top Three (3) Male & Female in each 5K & 10K ($300 for 1st place, $200 for 2nd place, & $150 for 3rd place). In addition, the top five finishers of the 5K & 10K for male and female will receive award plaques. All registered participants will receive a t-shirt.  The 5K & 10K course is a dirt road, flat, a couple hills and sandy area loop.  There will be four aid stations appropriately placed. To avoid course conflicts between the two events the 10K will start first followed by the 5K.
